Ingredients:
400g firm white fish (hake, cod, or kingklip), cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
8 small corn or flour tortillas, warmed
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 carrot, julienned
½ cup fresh coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lime

Instructions:
